METAL OXIDE NANOMATERIAL
Aluminum Oxide
100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated Al2O3 nanoparticles produced in a variety of sizes from 20nm to 800nm. Nano and sub-micron materials are available in monomers, solvent, aqueous, process oils, and other customized dispersions to meet your scratch resistance or ceramic filler needs. The 150, 250, and 800 nm are also available in polyolefin master batches. Since NanoArcĀ® alumina particles are fully dispersed throughout the polymer matrix, they do not migrate to interfaces; therefore, providing long-term protection in a variety of coating and battery applications.
Antimony Tin Oxide
100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated particles available in 15nm mean particle size
Bismuth Oxide
100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated particles available in 28nm mean particle size
Cerium Oxide
100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated particles available in 27nm & 750nm mean particle sizes. These nanomaterials are available for precision optical polishing and architectural window cleaning
Iron Oxide
100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated particles available in 30nm mean particle size
Zinc Oxide
Nanophase makes 100% crystalline, non-porous, non-agglomerated ZnO nanoparticles. NanoArcĀ® Zinc Oxide nanoparticles are manufactured under cGMP conditions as an approved FDA Category I sunscreen ingredient and are tailored to accommodate a range of surface functionality/reactivity, thereby providing the optimum compatibility with individual applications. We are proud of our worldwide exclusive relationship with BASF who markets this product on a global basis. BASF offers a coated and uncoated zinc oxide under the Z-COTE brand name
